Updated: Feb 12, 2021

In Anderson, Indiana, there is quite the hidden gem for a wedding venue called, The Crystal Coop. I am on their preferred vendor list and that is how I ended up meeting Taylor. During The Crystal Coop's wedding show, Taylor stopped by my table. During our conversation, we both got excited about her wedding vision, so right on the spot she asked me to be a part of their wedding!

You couldn't have for a more perfect September day for their wedding. On the grounds of The Crystal Coop, they have a beautiful outdoor ceremony area. It made for a stunning back drop for their wedding.

They day was filled with lots of Beatles songs which they incorporated in their wedding ceremony.

Bride & Groom Exit song: Style (Chorus) - Taylor Swift

Check out some of the great pictures they took around the grounds of the Crystal Coop! You will notice a very special member of their family, Hank their dog, brought his big smiles for the day too!

Wedding Party Entrance song: I'm A Believer by Smash Mouth

Newlywed announcement song: Accidentally in Love by Counting Crows

After the wedding party was introduced, Taylor's father Brian, welcomed everyone to the reception. You will be seeing more of Brian as he was part of something really special that happened later in the reception.

Once dinner was over it was time to get open up the dance floor with the first dances.

Mookie & Taylor's first dance: May I Have This Dance (Remix) by Francis & the Lights

When it came for the Father / Daughter Dance, Taylor and her dad had a little something special prepared. The song started with Landslide by Fleetwood Mac. What happened next was a big surprise! Check out the video below to see what happened!

A little more behind the scenes on this dance. The Friday night of their rehearsal, they were able to practice this dance several times. My job why they practiced was to play the music and make sure everyone stayed outside! I was like the secret service keeping the wedding party and family outside.

While it was hard to follow that up, Mookie and his mom Connie, did so perfectly! They finished the first dances with "My Wish" which is a great first dance song.

Mookie and Taylor had a lot of friends and family who couldn't attend their wedding. To help them be a part of their special day I created a zoom room for them to join us for the entire day. They were able to watch the ceremony & reception. They even found themselves on the dance floor virtually dancing along too!

It was certainly a fun filled evening with lots of dancing and celebrating! Check out all the action on the dance floor!

Other Special Songs Played:

Anniversary Dance: Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran

Bouquet toss: Man! I Feel Like a Woman by Shaina Twain

Garter toss: Get Down Tonight by KC & The Sunshine Band

Other favorites: Anything by the Beatles and Taylor Swift

When it came time for the final dance, they picked a classic closing song by Journey. It was truly an Epic way to end to an Epic Day!

Final Dance: Don't Stop Believin' by Journey

Congratulations Taylor & Mookie, and of course Hank, on an amazing wedding day. It was such a blast to work with you and be a part of your memorable wedding day! Thank you for letting me be a part of your special day.
